How long does it take to make an order?
The lead time depends on three factors: the complexity of the painting, the style of writing and the size. The average order completion time is 7 days, excluding delivery time. In some cases, at the request of the customer, the period can be reduced to 5 days.
Note: If you decide to change something in the picture, make adjustments - it may take additional time, which is not taken into account at the agreed deadline.
Will I be able to see the picture before receiving it?
Yes. When ready, we send by e-mail a digital photo of your painting, so that you can, if necessary, make your adjustments and wishes, if any. You will also be able to see the painting "live" in our salon. Inform your manager about this.
What format should the photos be in
We work with all known image formats! Through the website you can upload JPEG, TIFF, PNG up to 50 megabytes in size. You must own the copyright or have permission to use the image. If you have a different image format (RAW, PDF), then you can use an FTP downloader. If you want to take a photo from a paper photo (not digital), send it to us, we will scan, process and return the photo together with your order!
Can I give special instructions to the artist
When you place your order on the website, you can add your comments in a special text field. You can also: combine objects from different photos into one or delete objects from a photo, you can change the background, change clothes, outfits, make a color picture from a black-and-white photo, as well as order a picture from a damaged or old photo.
